get all your bank charges back

this is pucker, i got it originally from that moneysavingexpert.com bloke off radio 2.

it worked for me so take a minute to read this. apologies if its been posted already. i had a quick look but couldnt see it anywhere.

This is not junk mail.

I know most junk mails start that way, but this is true.

According to Which! 1 in 5 people are affected by charges imposed on their bank accounts by their bank for failing to pay Direct Debits, Standing Orders and Cheques.

Further to this, they also impose charges for going over your overdraft limit - sometime, a charge for each day you are over your limit.

The Banks often say that these charges are intended to compensate them for their loss. However many people believe that they are far higher than that. If this is true then the charges are dispropotionate penalties and are invalid.

These charges can be crippling for some people.

Visit http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk to find out how to reclaim any disproportionate penalties.

It doesn't matter if you have been charged ??30 or ??5000.

If you have had any of these types of charges on your account within the last 6 years, please visit:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk.

Even if you haven't been affected by these charges, then if you email this to just 5 people in your address book, at least ONE of those will have been. If you email it to everyone in your address book, you will most likely be helping lots of people.

Currently we have thousands of Users who are in the process of, or are about to be claiming their charges back.

There is no charge to join our forum - we are not in this for profit - there are no adverts on our site and no fees to enter. We are just disgruntled bank customers who, frankly, have had enough.

It's time to redress the balance.

the fact you start with "this is pucker" is enough to make me read no further

It's easier if you just stay inside your overdraft limit, isn't it?

or alternatively just live within your means and don't have an overdraft

You should take Derek's advice. A direct debit could be asked for the day before your cheque as cashed/cleared and they will charge you 25-30 pounds. You then need to speak to them to refund the charge and hope they use common sense to stop you moving banks.

Banks are legalised thieves.

Those of you who aren't house owners....... take out a series of bank loans then make yourself bankrupt

If you've got nothing they can't take nothing then you can do it all again in another 6 years....... It's the future
