MSJ was on top of a hill in Deane (hence the Mount). English Martyrs was a secondary modern in Farnworth (next to Townleys). The two merged and they knocked down the Farnworth buildings because although a more modern construction, they were falling down. However, the Deane campus had very little playing field room so they rebuilt English Martyrs and moved everyone there. But the Farnworth site was English Martyrs and not MSJ and anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

the one up deane hawthorn road if i recall was knocked down ages ago the one in farnworth was built around 1989 thats when i started, i live 10 minutes away from the old mount
