Can someone please explain to me why they make cars that do speeds of 100mph+ as I have never understood it. As far as I am concerned the speed limit in the UK is 70mph so why aren???t all cars manufactured with a top speed of 70mph?

 

I am sick and tired of driving to work each morning having to avoid the tits weaving from lane to lane doing 100mph. It???s not big and it???s not clever, do you have to kill someone before you see the danger you are causing?

 

It???s about time the UK toughened up its laws on the road. People caught doing more than 70mph should get 12 month bans, people doing 90mph 3 year bans, and muppets doing over 100mph should be banned from driving for life. In addition, people caught speeding should have their names and photos printed in the local paper.

 

If my laws were brought in the roads would become safer overnight.

We need to make speeding a crime with a stigma like drink driving or rape. It can destroy families just as much.
