Fester would be a home there.

my sight seeing will be done on the plane, it would interupt the drinking,

1st irish bar for us

How very perceptive.

Went the castle on friday. Not the one in tonge moor before some clever richard jumps in. Have serious doubts over a few things: Its safety walkin round the towers and two its true age, most of it could have been built 10 year back!

Anyway, good way to kill an hour and get good view over the city.

I prefered going on a pub crawl personally to kill an hour or ten

But thats what proper fans do not JCL's

Did you get out of bed on wrong side or summat cocker or stand on a plug maybe? You dont seem to be your usual chirpy self.

FWIW, We did have a good few beers on friday and as I werent driving back from heathrow I was shitfaced by the time we got to stafford services.

Sitting down by the Docas area in the sunshine, drinking cheapish ale and having a craic was what i'd prefer to do.

Although i wouldn't mind going back to lisbon to actually see the city and the sights :good:
