Big_Girl_Oral_Explosion
"It is important that we all reduce the amount of waste we send to landfill" "So we will acomplish this by sending the so called recyclables on a long overseas journey to China where most will end up holes in the ground over there instead of here" "This self perpetuating extra buracracy will continue to provide jobs in the public sector at the expense of those horrible people who create wealth in the non public sector, policies like these will bear more fruit in higher and higher council tax and that can only be a good thing, right?" Smiffs
Can someone explain how the bin police can issue a fixed penalty greater than one for pissing in the street, driving without MOT, or stealing batteries from Wilko's? Why not just leave it, or better still lift the lid, take a bag out, throw it in the waggin, close the lid (fully) and empty the bin. Lazy civil service c?nts.
