Problem is that the surround thing that's coming out is bigger than the replacement, so:

 

Remove current surround

Decorate

Stick new surround in

Flooring.

Oi grumpy. Selling is one thing BUT have you not thought that maybe it's nice that this cyber community can give the benefit of their knowledge? Dozy Dolly dimples like me could be ripped off by workmen sucking their teeth and saying "it'll cost yer, love".

3 times now: I've suggested we have a Wanderersways Directory where "tradesmen" can advertise their services in a special section of the site. I think it would be a good service for our members, but I couldn't get the full support of my fellow Nazis.
