Now, I wonder if the old bill would've been so observant of the other vehicle if it was Joe Public who'd killed someone by speeding on a bike down the middle of a road and ploughing into a driver with the cheek to turn right. Or am I a cynic?

crap driving and 'dangerous driving' is for more hazardous than driving with due care and attention while being over the legal drink drive limit, also crap driving and dangerous driving causes more deaths on the road than drink driving. A normally crap or dangerous driver that chooses to drive over the limit is a lethal weapon
