he was shite. started off very well, and then quickly went shite, whilst the rest of the country thought he was great, those who watched him every week knew he wasn't. a bit like nolan maybe? not sure what your lots thoughts are on him, but a few bolton fans i know think he is shocking.

nolan is a very good version of what he his. hes never gonna be a world beater but he has above average ability, scores goals, rarely goes missing and he wears his heart on his sleeve.

 

a bolton team with him is MUCH better than a bolton team without.

Also think that was a decent result for Bolton , wouldn't wanna be going to Newcastle for there 1st game of season @ home when the've just lost .

i think it could go either way really they will be confident from the result on sunday or they will think they are world beaters after there point at old trafford and overlook us. the players that played well on sunday for them might not be so up for the game seeing there playing bolton wanderers and not united.

I think we'll learn a lot about our defence on Saturday. Looked a bit suspect at times against Stoke. Martins won't miss from six yards out with a free header.

if its the leon cort header your talking about that was offside despite match of the day showing it anyway and refusing to mention it was offside in an attempt to make it look like we rode our look at times. i would be happy with 8 points going into our games with munich and arsenal.
