The footage is quite long but about 2 min in is quite tasty! The film shows the 'unofficial' fireworks on Wenceslas Square at midnight but it was like that from about 10pm! Almost all the fireworks are brought to the square by the public and ignited wherever they like.

We were there at 11.15 for about 10 mins. After being hit on the head the year before with a horizontaly projected rocket, we decided not to stay and risk decapitation!
