January 4, 200917 yr Brno - much cheaper and almost as nice - but if you've already booked expedia is as good a site as any
January 4, 200917 yr pm bobybrno off here There's quite a few cheap hotels there. Think I paid about 20 quid a night. You're probably looking at 70+ in Prague unless you go via a hostel (especially with the state of the pound). You'll also be looking a UK beer prices now.
January 4, 200917 yr I'd sack Prague off myself, 30 CZK to the ? when it was 45, same Eastern European rip everyone off attutude. Worth a visit in summer but not when it's -10 and grim.

January 4, 200917 yr brno is 130 miles South East of prague. Sack that idea off - you can't fly direct from up north. Prague flights look cheap enough though http://www.skyscanner.net/flights/man/prg/...-2009.html?di=1 You can put a blank destination in for the dates you want on the site from Manny airport and it will give your cheapest options
January 4, 200917 yr Need to book summat for our 10th wedding annaversary @ the end of the month. Cheap & cheerful. Any ideas? Isaac Uncle Isaac, Lets look at it sensibly. Its going to be cold wherever you go. The Euro is cack, and its your 10th anniversary so your Peg wants sommat special. Rather than spending a couple of hundred on flights, taxis, hotels, etc, why not spend the same on a top night in the UK, something totally different. I suggest a room in a castle, 4 poster bed, roaring fire, champagne and chocolates, etc. I gaurantee you will find one here with a good boozer nearby. Ring beforehand to see if they have a dartboard though. If you are feeling kinky you could hire a costume, she will probably laugh her tits off but the way to good hot sex is laughter even if you look a c?nt in the meantime. Anyway, if you dont get full pokey wets with cream on top, then I suggest turning out with George a few times a month. Lots of love Mr Romance
January 4, 200917 yr Ryanair are doing offers until tomorrow night, Man to Milan ?20 each (return inc. taxes) was one I found. http://www.bookryanair.com/skysales/FRSelect.aspx Edited January 4, 200917 yr by Electric Gretar

January 4, 200917 yr travel advice from squidgy.................. My advice is always sound, it just falls apart in the execution when I have anything to do with it
January 4, 200917 yr Isaac, make sure you find out when rag week is and plan around it. If it falls on the anniversary, tell her there is a terrorist threat or something. You don't want to be wasting your money.
January 4, 200917 yr I'll tell you what, Smiffs. You should think about doing a bit of wooing counselling. You'd make a mint and just think of all those folk you'll make happy by imparting your knowledge?

January 7, 200917 yr Need to book summat for our 10th wedding annaversary @ the end of the month. Cheap & cheerful. Any ideas? Isaac A little bit late in replying but I've just got back from..... Prague. I can recommend the Hotel Pyramida at about ?43 -?50 a night per room. 4* hotel just out of the centre but next to a tram stop or a great walk down the hill through the Castle into town. Flights with BMI Baby are from ?44 return at the end of Jan if you can be flexible. If you decide to go, let me know and I will recommend some goood places tro eat and drink without paying the tourist prices. Exchange rate? When I first went it was 60 CZK to the ?. Last week I was getting 27 Czk! So, not as cheap as it used to be but on a par with UK prices now. The ? is weak against all currencies so it doesnt matter much where you go.
January 7, 200917 yr To be honest I dont even know how much they are here! I have bought cigs for my sister and they tend to be about half the price as here but that was 6 months ago and the rate has gone down since.
January 7, 200917 yr I suggest a room in a castle, 4 poster bed, roaring fire, champagne and chocolates, etc. Now THAT is wooing at it's best
Where's the best places to stay
?
