It's not Italian. It's actually foreign. Foreign, the language spoken by Brits abroad. As in, "oi Twato, 2 beeros over here, pronto!"

Sue (realising that a subtle linguistic trick was going to have to played to break down the communication barrier :

"BIRD FLU?"
