Careful with your 3GB though) Porn sites (Look here) Whatever else that may be of help

Personally, I wouldn't bother - use AVG Free or Avast for Antivirus, and there are a plethora of anti spyware /adware free options, I'll let someone else offer an opinion on them

July 20, 200916 yr well if you look at http://www.wanderersways.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=54940 you'll see (last post) my experience/opinions on the matter of having real time monitoring software. Matters less if you don't do much web based ordering etc (as you could scan before each new set of transactions - eg by using the aforementioned superantispyware, or walwarebytes or, better still, both), and quick scan with them is just 10 mins. But if thats less feasible then actually spending (not very much) money on real time anti virus support might make sense.
