Speeding Fines

I'm sure someone put on here once how to get away with it. My car has been clocked doing 36 in a 30 and they want the drivers details.

 

Anyone know of any loopholes?

I got told to ask for the photo so you can determine who was driving, as they often cannot / do not provide the photo
