February 15, 201016 yr Easy this. Pasta, get a few packs of Spaghetti. Tinned toms, and a couple of onions / peppers ,get a packet of bacon or some cheapish sausages, even a tin of tuna. Everyone has some sort of herbs in the back of their cupboard. I could eat this every day. Spaghetti with Italian tomato sauce with bacon - Monday Spaghetti with Italian tomato sauce with Sausages - Tuesday Spaghetti with Italian tomato sauce with Tuna - Wenesday Spaghetti with Italian tomato - Thursday Spaghetti with Italian tomato sauce WITH Peppers & Chilli - Friday This is a week sorted, and cheap as Chips....well Spaghetti ! So what makes it Italian? Is it the bit about "Everyone has some sort of herbs in the back of their cupboard!"? Sorted, I'm now an italian chef because I've got a tub of oregano and a bit of dried sage!
