March 6, 201016 yr the point he was making, which you took exception to, was that the website said you had to trek to the ground to change your ticket it shouldn't have been necessary, and now you tell us it wasn't so, the club failed to make it clear it aint a question of being negative, its pointing out a glaring weakness in the bwfc machine people will continue to feedback their thoughts til hey get fed up and jack it all in through frustration I didn't take exception to anything I merely pointed out that what he said could have been done over the phone as I know it has happened I also know that some people wish to grumble about anything and by consistently slagging off the PR at the club maybe they'll feel that Free travel etc is not worth the hassle. Everyone has off days the bloke may have just stubbed his toe or something and been in a bad mood who knows but everyone jumps on the band waggon about how crap the PR is. That is my feedback

March 6, 201016 yr It is just a service that is offered at the time of booking incase someone is struggling to pick up the said coach travel beforehand or have left it a little late to book,the club would give the ticket to the steward so the customer can just go to the coach on the day of travel without having to make a 35 mile round trip(I know as they have done it for me), maybe there was more to the original story than you know, maybe there had been a problem with the booking - I am quite happy with the service I receive on most occasions I am not saying they're perfect but it is FREE travel and the club are standing the cost so why moan

March 8, 201016 yr toddington i think it's called just outside of luton, might be wrong toddington quality, when going in to village ignore no coaches signs, and do the toddington gallon. 8 pubs around the village and green. also saw top rumbles there between luton and leicester...dont know why

March 10, 201016 yr I remembered last night why I don't bother with the Travel Club. Can't complain really as it was free and the fact we got dicked didn't make the experience any better. It seems to attract certain characters.
