  1. I did this for my mum about three years ago unfortunately she had been diagnosed with Alzheimers at just 62 it cost around ?400 but that included the will too with Winder Taylor Fallows, although I would make a further suggestion that you protect her home is she owns it - we were not advised of this at the time and if we had put it into Trust the Government would not be taking it to pay for her care which is ?1400 a month!!! Worked hard all her life never took money off the Government and now she being fleeced in her illness - shit country! But then again I'd rather the money be spent on her. Good luck.
  2. oh no they don't. (Pantomime stylie) the shop run it!
  3. Ste is back in Bolton Sat night, Come over for Nats Funeral.
  4. It is just a service that is offered at the time of booking incase someone is struggling to pick up the said coach travel beforehand or have left it a little late to book, the club would give the ticket to the steward so the customer can just go to the coach on the day of travel without having to make a 35 mile round trip(I know as they have done it for me), maybe there was more to the original story than you know, maybe there had been a problem with the booking - I am quite happy with the service I receive on most occasions I am not saying they're perfect but it is FREE travel and the club are standing the cost so why moan
  5. I didn't take exception to anything I merely pointed out that what he said could have been done over the phone as I know it has happened I also know that some people wish to grumble about anything and by consistently slagging off the PR at the club maybe they'll feel that Free travel etc is not worth the hassle. Everyone has off days the bloke may have just stubbed his toe or something and been in a bad mood who knows but everyone jumps on the band waggon about how crap the PR is. That is my feedback
  6. it was advertised on the website under Sunderland travel it was also in the programme for weeks on end, not sure what more they could do. It's also free travel in fairness so I think complaining just smacks of typical negativity surrounding the club! Time to get over it and start again
  7. Yes it could have and could have been picked up on the day of travel too thus saving the 35 mile round trip!!! Just saying as I know someone that has made that very arrangement picking it up at approx 3.30 on day of game - no probs just some folk like a moan me thinks!
  8. Ask Lever Ender in LA to show you his.
