August 9, 201213 yr Trading in my Lambretta for a push bike, and growing out me burners. Already got plenty Mod cloth, so a head start on the rest of the wannabe Wiggo's. On a serious note I ran my first ever 10k on Sunday in York on behalf of the Bobby Moore cancer fund. Managed a time of 1hr 1 min and 27 sec. Think Mo Farah can rest easy.

(Although I do recall someone saying something about the roof of Total Fitness). On a slightly related note, did anyone else cancel their membership of Typhoid Mary's at Burnden (a.k.a. DW Sports) after their decline into general scumminess and facilitation of the spread of communicable ailments? Only just seen this, right, this could possibly be the last thing I should ever be making puclic on this forum, but my gym is at the er, ahem, YMCA in Manchester! Its got a curved velodrome-style running track suspended above the basketball court, which makes it sound a lot better than it is. My legs are still sore days later Im like an old man
