November 22, 201312 yr "there is no such thing as free parking". There's a fucking sweeping statement from Cllr Paul Flowe... I mean Cliff Morris.
November 22, 201312 yr Author I still can't believe they consider market place a raging success, I appreciate they can't poo poo it but give it a rest Keith Davies. It is shite in their.
November 22, 201312 yr Free car parking doesn't exist? Bit like an atmosphere or shops in the market place.
November 22, 201312 yr Hadn't realised how bad the town centre had become. Had an hour to pass today whilst waiting for car to be reshod so took a quick tour round. It was like a ghost town. First thing I noticed was the beggar with obligatory dog outside the train station door. They've locked the toilets in the Albert Halls so had to negotiate a group of chavtastics, being watched from inside by 3 security personnel, to get into the library and there wasn't a single shop I felt like going in. Closest I got was Ann Summers for a mooch! Free parking, for what?
