need to construct the room and the fittings

 

i'd be happy to keep it within the existing footprint - ie use some of the garage but not sure its practical cos of level changes and the like

 

anybody recommend somebody?

    MR58 had it done not long ago. I'm sure he's happy with his.

    You've both got to that age where going upstairs is sometimes not an option.
