Fair play. My missus is from down there. Its actually a nice place to be honest.

It was a nice place to grow up, few mills and wide open spaces. Better than it is these days with all the houses. Suppose it's the same all ower now though

Hi Owiseone,

Grew up in Stoneclough myself. It was a great place until they told Manchester about it. My local still shows Wanderers games but the DMB's are allover it when they play. Grrrrrr.....I hate those b+++ards!
