Tesco probably can as they have a defined boundary; I got a ticket on there a few years ago. That horrible midweek game against Derby when we won 1-0 in the 106th minute. You know it was a while ago when we actually won yet it's still described as 'horrible'. Asda will probably only be able to issue tickets within x number of yards of the trolley bays etc. The rest can be seen as using the leisure park as a whole so it's impractical to have a time limit and therefore fair game. Bloody hope so anyway as I park outside Homebase for every game. All of the above is completely uninformed on my part and therefore likely to be a crock of shit, but it makes sense to me anyway.

TBH with ANR its easy to time cars in and out of any car park. I can see the impractically of the retail park being classed as a leisure park but the landlord will outsource it (parking eye) and let them sort the logistics... That car park will be a goldmine on match days once we start winning
