I need recommendations for builders who have the capacity to run the build as I don't want to be chasing each trader around.

The work is to build an extension (kitchen and bedroom over, at the side), single storey to the front (porch) and another single storey to the side (utility).

Demolish the existing garage and dig up the tarmac drive.

it would be a full extension i think, so judt adding on to the side of the house. (no idea on this shit)
