He has been speaking with the medical staff. They also mentioned a calf strain but I can't see how that would make you collapse as dramatically as it sounds.

In Brazil on Wednesday Sao Caetano defender Serginho died after suffering a cardio-respiratory arrest on the pitch during a championship match against Sao Paulo. The match was abandoned after Serginho, full name Paulo Sergio de Oliveira Silva, was taken to hospital early in the second half of the game at the Morumbi stadium in Sao Paulo.
