National Lampoons Summer Vacation..........the trip to Wally World!

Another one for the future........Paul Wheatcroft. Seem to remember him dancing around the Blackburn defence in a Cup match a few years ago. Did all the hard work and then blazed his shot over the bar.

According to the Fulham Website, it is a Category C game when we play there, so we are looking at ?30 for a ticket.

Salou on the Costa Dorada. Stayed at the Hotel Calypso last year. Brilliant for kids. Loads for them to do at the hotel and the evening entertainment that the hotel reps put on is great for adults and children.

Dangerous going forward but equally dangerous when he was defending. Remember his debut at Fulham, gave a penalty away and was taken off at half time before he got himself sent off. He did improve though and I for one wouldn't mind him back here again. He deserves to come back for decking Joe Cole after the West Ham game!

For those wanting a taste of Europe, get yourselfs down to Albert Square in Manchester. The European Markets on and the obvious stall of choice is the German Beer Stall........Fill Yer Boots!

I go every now and again cause my other half is really in to it. She's been going for years and i've jumped on the bandwagon! Any of you out there that have got young ones that are in to Speedway, get them signed up for the Junior Vue membership scheme. For ?10 a season, the kids get a regular newsletter, birthday cards, Christmas Cards etc. They also get the chance to be mascot for the night. They get in for free with two guests getting in for a tenner instead of the usual ?16 each. You then get to walk round the pits and meet the riders. Our little one even got to get on the track to do the coin toss before the start of the meeting and then have his picture taken with the two captains. Absolutely loved it. The Grand Prix at Cardiff , is superb aswell. The atmosphere is unbelievable in there, with all the air horns going and all the Poles going mental. Even better when a British rider wins it like last year! Looking forward to the trip down there in a few weeks time.

When I was there a couple of years back, there was a good little Irish Bar, just off the Marina. A few live bands playing and Super Bock on tap!!!!!
