Megson was on a loser from day one, many supporters would find it hard to back any other manager after Alladyce. I,m backing him till the end of the season. I think we will finish comfortably in mid table and hopefully build on that next season. I agree yesterday was a hugh disappointment but he played his strongest team and was let down once again by the players. To many players of late are not putting in the effort. After the abject performance against the pie eaters yesterday was a chance for the team to put it right. They let Megson and the fans down. My main gripe with Megson is the way he sets his team up against the top 5 clubs. Its to negetive. We should be having a go against them not sitting back and trying to keep the score respectable, that's not working. I worry about the next to games. One thing is for sure we must get a result at BFS inbred dingles.

Megson got two things sadly wrong, both in the space of four days, the team for Lisbon and his negative tatics at Wigan away, against ten men. Apart from that he's done an ok job. Don't know how much he had to do with Anelka sale. Has made some good signings of Cahill and Steinson at a difficult time, Jan transfer window, Jury's out on Cohen, Rasiak, last minute panic signing should already be gone. Give him a realistic transfer budjet, 20-30 million, season tickets for under ?300 and next season could be enjoyable again. First ever post, go easy.
