A few weeks ago, one of the drains in the back street behind our house had sunk a bit, bringing some of the pavement to an uneven level. Council did whatever it is they did, put those orange roadwork things down, a new grid cover in and left a sign. Within 15 minutes of the council van going, the lot was gone into the back of a transit. Just to rub salt in, one of them then stood on the roof of this transit looking for scrap over everyones back yard walls as the other guy drove down the back streets. Absolute scum.
