How long does it take to register a company and it appear on companieshouse? He doesn't have anything bolton related showing still.

@Howardroark Initially you had a bid with KA, could that not be brought to the table to find a lower cost compromise? Sounds like he will make it as costly as possible to take the shares, but you could potentially reduce the payment to him in accordance? He's got to be losing faith in Bassini.

I was just answering a question. That's the position Howard left it in. I'm obviously skeptical about it all too, but given how bad things are you can only hope that we get a change of fortune.

The message was written giving the impression it was all done. However, this was due to Bassini being set to complete, which takes it out of their hands. H previously said they were still in play after the adjournment and has never said they were walking away. Which is the reason I hope he returns to clarify what is going on from their side. He still logs in, which suggests he still has a role to play.

Possibly not, I imagine no one will hold out hope for his group after today either if nothing is heard. The club will be available for exactly what they wanted in the scenario Howard has painted.

So today is the 14 days from when Ken "received" the notice from Howards buyers. If they move KA supposedly cannot do anything with the club, placing it in limbo. Which doesn't honestly sound much different to currently. If it can prevent him from liquidating etc it may be worth it.

Yeah I don't think we're getting anywhere listening to either of those. Not sure Gaspard gained anything from the article either, as no one seems to have believed it since it got buried in the Bassini storm.

Because saying you want the club and actually being in negotiations/ making an offer are quite different. It may be pointless to ask as it's an anonymous forum, but I just wanted to know if there was genuine interest. Maybe if it came out someone else was actually negotiating, the media could give up with the 'Bassini is the only alternative to liquidation' story they're rolling out too.

What's stopping them completing?

I saw this when looking for date clarification for Howards group. As far as I can see there are no companies linked to Bassini on CompaniesHouse other than his Property ones. H must know this, yet said he expected him to complete.

My thoughts are; What is the point in Howard making it up? We can't make a difference to the decision and if they don't get it we can't even confirm they are real. So hardly a what we could have had scenario. Then H said Wolves model style along with other positives. I don't see why they'd feed that line out if it's not in line with their planning. It would make them look much worse if they come in and don't do it. We'd be happy with a Brentford model so they could have claimed that.

Yeah, slightly concerning. Last week it was announcement will be 4:30 and no mention of any possibility why it wouldn't be made. This time we have multiple options. Original letter was posted on the 19th (Tues), due to announce 4:30 on the 2nd(Tues). KA stated he received it on the 27th (Wed) so you'd assume 4:30 wednesday is the time. If it's not done by then, we can probably give up on them as an option. Hopefully Howard clears the position up as we near Wednesday.

Problem is what are they waiting for? Howard has told us the plan for that group, but the others aren't going to push the price down much by delaying as there is so much debt to clear. If Bassini is a KA plant then surely Ken can't be expecting to make the money he claimed. I'd prefer someone to come in and clear it all, rather than restructure like we were told Basran was doing. As that would indicate solid financial backing. But anyone who'd get us out the news for a bit would be a decent start. Just got to hope the Howard group are real as this should give us a wednesday deadline regardless of who completes. Otherwise we could be back in court to start the 7 day liquidation period to put the pressure on a deal.

Yeah that was my guess. They seem to be in contact with The BN. Anyone confirm if Howards group were in play, would it be Weds we have to wait until? Sure he said the 10th. The original date was for 4:30 at the end of the 14 days.

Gaspard is Benny's, the others I think are separate, but you never know

I'm interested to know what the Gaspard bid is doing, seems some confidence in that on here. Hopefully Howard let's us know if they're calling them in if we make it to Tuesday

Well H himself said money needs to be transferred by 1530. So I assume we will know of a deal or not soon. Otherwise it's over to monday again and very close to the share recall option. Maybe he'll be back on here to explain their position if we hear nothing.

Definitely potential that they've taken the money. But there is absolutely no need for Bassini to pay it until Tuesday if he's so close to completing. Howard doesn't mention them potentially taking the shares, so there could be a deal. May just be he doesn't see it reaching that point.

Someone posted earlier saying they think Bassini is 2nd in line. Probably leaving Gaspard as first. Not sure how they're going to get in though, they've been through moonshift allegedly. Howard seemed more confident Bassini would get it today though

Wish Howards group/ another had been more public (if possible). All talksport are saying is there is no one else other than Bassini. But that's the picture KA wants to paint.
