Right 1st is fuel getting to the carb one problem with mini motos is that when the fuel tank is put on it traps the hose stopping the fuel getting to the carb. take the outer casing to the tank off and the try running it. The fuel tap should should be pointing up and then make sure the choke is fully down...One last thing before you put petrol in did you check inside the tank. the 2 ive got i have found loads of plastic inside and had to get that out first or it will block the flow of fuel.
