A point is a good result here against an in form team. Steady the ship and be ready to go toe to toe for the last 11 games. I fancy us more against Derby and Pompey than I do against these lot.

It would be a good point had we got 3 from either Blackpool or Wigan.

Sooner or later you will have to beat teams around you.

    Thats the way it works.

    Win on Tuesday it’s on.

Accepting a draw will mean we haven’t won an away game in 4.

    That doesn’t get you promoted.

    Sounds a bit God-squad too.

Currently watching a new series "Under the Banner of Heaven"- all a bit dodgy this religion lark! 😀

    Definitely that.

    Should be deleted.

Don’t confuse your occupation with your religious beliefs.

    Remain professional.

Collins grew in to it and hopefully he’ll get a big boost from what was a great run and finish.

    This.

He needed that goal and hope he can now become an important player for us in these last 11 games.

If we stay down i think we will thrive next season and the squad and Evatts football will get better with this team.

If we don’t go up he should go IMO.

    He’s been backed big-style.

Next year would be his 5th season at the club. Too long.

We will never have a better opportunity in this very weak league.

It won’t be like that next season.

Told him he was fucking mental. He just looked at me like I’d asked for directions to the moon in Japanese.

He then carried on moaning right up until we scored.

I honestly think some folk can only get bonk ons from moaning at the football. It’s weird as fuck when it simply isn’t warranted.

    Fair enough.

You appear to run with the hares and hunt with the hounds though.

Anyway we beat a fucking awful team today and it’s time we showed some metal in a big game on Tuesday.

I actually heard someone say today that even a win wasn’t good enough to paper over the cracks.

Some of our supporters genuinely shouldn’t be allowed to mix with the public.

Most of what I heard when I walked out was “Fleetwood scored 4 today, how did we lose to that shit”

Get Wigan out of your heads you complete fucking fannies

Instead of bleating on here all the time, then why don’t you say something to them?

We need more than a point Tuesday as Barnsley have an easy run in

    Agree.

To go up you have to win an odd game against rivals up there and not just roll over these awful teams like Cambridge today.

    Need a win.

Noticed Portsmouth have been given 3900 for Peterborough away

we might need a big allocation ourselves

If you don’t think we’re going up then we won’t need a big allocation.

    Make your mind up.

    😉

Said pretty much in Barnsley thread

Win the next 2 and we’re back in control with 2 points a game.

I honestly can’t see anything on Tuesday though and if we lose there it’s the play-offs for me. Win though and I don’t think Barnsley will catch us.

Get a good run going though towards the end of the season and we will go into the play-offs with confidence.

Still very much a lottery then though and we lack the mental strength which is the one thing you will need.

  10. The stat that JDB didn’t touch the ball at all in 20 mins is staggering if true.

FFS, how can a forward come on when you’re 1-0 down and not even touch the fucking ball.

    Says it all.

Surprised how poor ticket sales are for this.

It is a fucking massive game.

    Oi.

    People are working.

    Be told.

The sponsors will soon get fed up as long as 3 women and a dog are turning up to most WSL fixtures.

    Hope so.

WSL results come after Championship these days (IE. Above our league) on BBC.

    The general standard is atrocious.

    They’re not built for it.

  13. You’ve got to love the guy.

He says what most think/know if they are being honest about it.

    Box ticking.

I just watch the 90 mins of the game these days.

I always mute the analysis when women are in the studio.

  14. As I’ve been saying for some time we haven’t been playing well now for a couple of months.

Eventually your luck runs out, and this normally happens away from home, as has been proven.

We’ve won 4 of our last 10 league games FFS, all against bottom half teams of course.

I think we’ll finish 4th, but even that won’t happen if we can’t deal with these difficult fixtures ahead.

This game is bigger than Blackpool and Wigan. If we win Saturday it could be a season decider

People have had the life sucked out of them with these last 2 losses & they simply don’t deserve another big following on a Tuesday night.

Anyway, we couldn’t be playing these at a worse time.

We’ll roll over and have our tummy tickled as is normal against these top sides.

    Another defeat is coming.

    2-0.

No ifs or buts, if we don’t go up this year, he goes

How dare you say that and FWIW I agree.

With one bully boy in the dug-out, then its no wonder that no-one on the pitch dare take the lead.

Nobody in the team talks apart from GT.

I personally have nothing against BP & Wigan but a lot of people understandably  do.

A bleak few days are ahead, and we simply must beat Cambridge.

Can we win at Barnsley though?

    No IMO.

    The pressure is on.
