Go check paragraph 4.08 of this years UEFA cup regulations... The group winners of a group shall be drawn against one of the third ranked teams from another group c) The runners up of a group will be drawn against one of the eight clubs joining from the champions league. d) group winners and runners up will play the return leg at home.
