West Ham no longer pay on't gate

last eight is a QF surely, the one before the last four which is a semi final?

enthusiastic? your mob seemingly don't care enough about supporting/watching your team to go to either a UEFA cup game or a QF FA Cup game when they're home fixtures and the ticket price is ??20

ours have bought every ticket available and more for the away fixture in days

plain simple definition of enthusiasm for the game I'd have thought

either that or you plain don't ahve any supporters, wtf are the 20k ST holders doing? watching it on the sofa? not enthusiastic about it are they?

I'm really not being contentious here

You are digging a deeper hole here micky,

There are currently 16 teams left in the cup...

Ok then lets move to the present

For league games this season your crowds have been at 93.3% of capacity. Ours has been at 92.5%.

So you're 0.8 % more "enthusiastic" then us.

Well done, I doff my flat cap.

Christ, I'm bored, still 2 hours left.

Go back and do the last 20 years if you are that bored and we will see the results...

are there?

oh dear, I seem to have confused myself then

that's not digging, it's a simple mistake

5th round it is

and even less of a biggest game for us then I've been arguing

I didn't notice the other four games tomorrow

I thought we'd progressed awfully quickly

carry on, apologies for any confusion and thanks for the correction

I think they are pissed of we ran them down Wembley Way in 1923 and took the cup home too.

Off the top of my head, you were getting quite low attendances from early 80s up until the mid 90's when you started flirting with the prem.

Our lowest average gate in the last 40 odd years was 92/93 when we went up, just over 15k. (no excuses but this was around the time of Bond Scheme Protests)

Our lowest top flight average must be around 20-21k?

Fecking hell hammers - pick our lowest point in history why don't you?

As an aside, there has been nowt in the BEN about there being no pay gates. I suspect that there will be plenty of people trying to get in on the day leading to clashes outside the ticket office.

Fecking hell hammers - pick our lowest point in history why don't you?

1989/90 was our lowest finish since 1956 - 7th in the Old Division 2.

So, i could argue that it also covers one of the lowest points in our history!

Good stats, so if we got 0.81% more enthusiastic, we'd be able to slag of the Hammers shite support :D

the 'enthusiatic' point was made regarding your turnout for the games this week

as you well know

We're all tired this week, enthusiasm commences next week

Stick a picture of West Ham there Yossi!...

that's dreadful, if the players weren't on the pitch I'd have thought it was pre match

Preston were allowed eight tickets per ST as I recall too

and who can forget them reporting their own supporters to the stewards for standing and getting them thrown out
