More often than not the ref doesn't give a penalty for that type of challenge but would give a free kick if it was outside the box. It's just the way it is, like an unwritten law that we have got used to in this country.

 

The push by Campbell on the striker about 10 mins into the second half should have been a penalty imo. He had a clear header on goal with only the keeper to beat and probably would have scored without the push.

Never a pen imo, and not a great save by Lehman - he just had to guess the right way.
