I`ve been Nolans biggest fan for years but now i feel a spell in the reserves is what`s needed. He`s been very ineffective for most of last season and all of this one so far. Didn`t a similar thing happen a few years back and he was dropped and given a kick up the arse by his Dad?

He came back a better player.

I have been saying for a long time to take the captaincy off Nolan! The responsibilty and demands of the job is/as affecting/affected his game!
