"We deserved to win. We created more chances. It is not easy against Bolton but three points is what mattered."

"It was very good for the team after we did not start the season so well."

"We missed many, many players through either injuries or red cards but we dominated the game."

Chelsea were the best team

Not sure about dominate the game though.

i don't think they were

but they should have been when you bring 4 bloody blue shirted referees

sidwell, cole, lampard n terry

i thought the only difference in the two teams was that one had a world class keeper and the other had a keeper who thinks he's world class.

Indeed. In the first half I am sure I saw the ref telling them to f?ck right off everytime they they tried intimidating him. Second half he just let them ref the match though.

Wiley, grow some, eh son? So they play for England? So f?cking what? Is it any wonder us small team supporters have chips on our shoulders?

i'm sure the ref warned terry about 3 times, if he's in his face he should have ragging booked him and how the fcuk did he miss that penalty!!! right bastard in front of him

red ginger

I thought they were the better team, we didn't really look like scoring against that defence. JT & Carvalho are world class.

Grant them rolled out the usual 'they're a direct & physical team'. Why don't you f?ck off back to yid land - you bacon dodging c?nt!

Not in the best of moods today :pardon:

you're not going to get many chances, granted, but davies made himself his chance when he may have done a bit better, and anelkas one on one

jussi made at least one top class save, but on the whole, id say we threatened easily as much as them

I reckon we matched them in most departments, but we made a mistake - and got punished for it.

FWIW i think the way we played yesterday, we'd have beaten the majority of Premiership teams.

is is just me or does Mr Grant look like Mo the landlord from The Simpsons

:good: Exactly what i said after the match

'Big club' goalkeepers cant afford to make mistakes like that
