My F?cking Car

Featured Replies

Right blokes, I may be a bloke myself but what I know about cars other than how to drive them could be written on the back of a paracetomal.

A while ago when I tried to start it it went click click click click click click and infomred sources told me to hit the starter motor with a hammer. Did that and the next time I tried to start it got the same. Garage said it was gearbox earth so my mate cleaned that up. Problem persisted.

ith a bump it starts fine and works OK for a few days till, this is the weird bit, the radio goes all funny, turning itself on and off and you can bet your bottom dollar that the next time the engine is turned off you get click click click again. It's been in the garage all week and they have found nothing as it is starting fine and have given me a contact for an electrics fella.

Any suggestions?

I'd be grateful as I really really want to return to the motherland this weekend.

Get the bus

Hmmm.....do you ever lose time? Are you driving into some type of forcefield? Had any instruments shoved up your posterior by little green men?

Yes, that's right, I'll get the bus. National Express Salisbury to Leigh, when should I leave, a fortneet yesterday?

Anyway f?ck it, I'm on my way back tomorrow dinner (assuming car will start) as it's the only chance I've got to watch Great Britain's rugby game as I'll be f?cked if there's a landlord within a million miles of here who'll put it on, b?stards.

Take a branch (ala Bazil in Faulty Towers) and beat it until it cries out 'Sir, you may have mistaken me for a duck'

My Dad's on a coach holiday to Eastbourne, and it's coming back on Saturday. Should I contact him to see if the coach drvier will do a detour?
