For me, depends upon mood.

 

At this moment, it's The Jam (going underground)

Paul Weller is a absolute legend, but no were near as good as Bob Marley.

the old jam stuff is classic, went a bit wobbly with the style council.

 

well, to be honest I thought the Style Council were dogshit.

 

got a few DVD's showing old Jam action. quality stuff.

 

Illumination is also beltin but I have to be in the mood for it.

 

didnt agree with some of his political stuff but considering how young he was when he wrote it you've got to take your hat off.

went up his own backside a bit with the Style Council but some of it was good.

 

Some of his solo stuff is superb though. Have to be in the mood like you say, Stanley Road is my one, inextricably linked with Chelsea in Nov '95(?)
