March 17, 200818 yr what we need now is people getting behind the team and manager, they will not change before the end of the season. we need them to improve, but booing them and planning protests is not what we need at the moment. the players/management/Board may not deserve support at the moment but they are only the custodians of the club, they will be gone in a few years the fans will still be here. i do not accept we would be better off in the championship, you have to strive to get as high up the league structure as you can.

Why do people assume that it would only be a year in the Championship if Megson completes his relegation hat-trick? Even if we came back straight away, we would then have to start establishing ourselves as a Premier League club all over again.
