The Ticket Office Phone Line Is F*CKING SH*T!!

 

Iv tried ringing up a few times to purchase Bolton v United tikcets and then im placed in a que... Fair enough, so I wait and hold and then I get put through to a guy who I ask to purchase tickets. This guy has no F*CKING clue and says if the phone line for the ticket office is busy overflow calls go through to the sales team. So im like fair enough I want to buy some tickets then... The guy says I have to re-dail te number in which I have just been on hold for for 10 minutes - 10p a minute aswell. F*cking sh*t. No wonder we have a small crowd no1 can purchase tickets.

 

Has any1 else had this problem?

They only have a certain amount of staff presumably due to budgets(and frankly if they got temps in for busy times they'd be useless so what's the point in that), so they set up an overflow to a ticket place which can only assist in the purchasing of tickets. They are now selling tickets in Chav central in bolton to keep folk happy and also the club shop. If you have a query, get yersen to the ground. LH is hardly the other side of the world geographically, even if it is demographically.

They are trying, If they keep in trying, folk might have something else to moan about.

I reckon they'd get more people dealt with if people stopped engaging in idle chit chat, "how many tickets have we sold" etc.

there on reduced hours i think over the christmas period they was the other day when i couldnt get through but they rang me back the next day when you leave a voicemail. they were only open for 3 hours the guy on the phone told me
