Going To A Pop Concert

Featured Replies

thinking of taking our maud,

saw there come back tour last year was a good gig

were are t'hotpots on

You speak your truth. I don't think anyone can be arsed arguing.

I'd rather go to a gig, except for the odd exceptional football game; the UEFA ones, beating United, winning promotion etc. The rest of them are wank, I'd sit there knitting if I knew how to. Hundreds of them have merged into one for me, I can't even remember half the games last season.

Music is more important in every way than football. It's your loss.

I take a book to read, honest! If it were'nt for the lad I'd doing summert else.

Me too, smooth all the way, :D just i would find going to a pop concert now

very boring, imo.Just a point i was making as it quiet on here :pardon:

I miss Smooth in Guernsey :(

I'd like to watch The Saturdays at the MEN, in a keep-your-hands-in-your-pocket kinda way. Smoke a few fat ones before going in and you'd be too busy looking at skirt anyway.

Got tickets for them at Manchester Apollo. Wrong I know.

Gigs vs Big Arena Tours

You cannot beat a good sweaty small venue gig. 99% of the audience are "into" the band and usually an all round great atmosphere.

Big Arena gigs are attended by many riding on the back of the last big single - take Kings of Leon for example - played about 28 songs - more than half the crowd may have well gone home after Sex On Fire.

did the oasis gig in heaton park the othere week and going to see the editors later this summer but would also love to see take that live

I've gone from having The Clash, China Drum, Nine Inch Nails on Spotify - to having Take That on.... even sadder, I've just compiled a playlist of their tour set-list!

Let it shine!
