...there were no internet forums around in Phil Neal's era.

A lot of melodramatics going on tonight.

Surely it's not the right time, to look back at history.

Right now BWFC is in absolute mess, and history will not change anything.

The only time i have felt this bad, was after the Carling Cup final defeat to Boro but still had a lot of pride.

I hate saying this, but right now, proud to be a Wanderer, not a chance!

ffs, theres been worse this season.

In the days of Phil Neal, I worked at a company in Bolton that had more employees than this site has members and that's where all the frustrations were aired. At the end of the day, people will 'vote with their feet' and that will decide his fate. A poor turnout tonight and I would guess an all time low on Saturday for the Lincoln match.

Fair enough: you're only used to top flight football really.

Us older heads have seen much worse: believe me.

Too right a manager who bought Jason McAteer and Alan Stubbs, and had Andy Walker on loan. What a crap manager, thank god for Zat Knight!

I do believe you, and i respect and understand our history.

I've seen more than just top flight, but yes i agree it's mainly what my mind remembers and what i grown up on. I don't want Bolton to get relegated, it's like everything is going wrong with the club.I know we over achieved when we were doing great things. It's all gone and im full of worry. I've heard about our debts, i've seen what's happened to Charlton etc. I don't want that to happen.

I have grown up enjoying brilliant players, like Okocha , Ronaldinho etc, so i already dislike the football we play, now my dixlike for the manager is at a high, and im sick of feeling the way i am after every defeat or like what we saw v Hull. I care so much, i don't expect miracles, i will never leave ths club but i can't say i get any enjoyment out of the experiance at all.

Im proud of our history, but recently i am not proud. It's a shame, when i was young bad results didn't matter has much, now that im getting used to feeling angry and fed up with Bolton , it's very hard thinking anything other than bad thoughts.
