Mayweather - Pacman Off

Featured Replies

and with it a ?25m purse for each fighter

Mayweather has talked himself out of a nice payday there, he needs to control the shite that spills from his mouth

Bonkers!!!

he needs to control what the rest of the camp say as well, his brother is a fookin idiot.

hopefully it'll be rescheduled for august when im in Vegas!

As a non Boxing fan i was looking forward to this one,IMO i think Floyd Money would of won the 12 round hugging contest anyway! At least we won't have to endure the 6 months hype that comes with these fights! Now i just await Fatton chirping up with his 'I'd of liked to of fought the winner of this bout' routine!

It was due on March 13th so there was no 6 month build up

Tend to think it's a negotiating tactic gone badly wrong

Or Floyd used it to get out of the fight

I dunno, but it's disappointing

To be fair, Pacman's rubbish about not being able to train for 3 days after giving blood is exactly the kind of shite people spouted in the proper doping sports before serious tests came in. Impressive use of the media that he's managed to turn this in to Mayweather's issue rather than his own.

mayweather v. matthew hatton

can't wait

can't wait

And when he's battered this Hatton, he's fighting the dad and if he beats him, he gets to keep the family.

It's Mayweathers job to fight not regulate it

Who's the daddy out of these two because from what I've seen there's nowt between them.

Jesus wept

You are kidding?!

Really hard to say chief, that's why the fight would've been amazing.

Accomplishment wise, especially in recent times, Pacquiao. It's mind boggling what he's done to Hatton and Cotto and De La Hoya. But Nobody has ever really tested Floyd to his limit so it's hard to imagine it ever happening. People have handled Pac before - though he is much improved.

Floyd is a bit bigger too.

Heart says Pacquiao, head Mayweather (clearly).

Serious doubts about Pacman now. If Flloyd was scared, then all Pacman has to do is agree to the test.

No wonder he did that to Cotto

Pacman to fight Clottey in March now.

Not that simple though Garrrp

It's like us playing Burnley, but them insisting we have extra blood tests because we played well the week before

Not a great analogy but it's along those lines... it's an accusation and a piss off at the same time

Clottey another tough fight for Pac, these are two guys in a row Floyd should have been fighting these last few years

Can't agree with that EW. We can change our playing squad/manager to improve.

It's not Floyd (or his dad) who have started these rumours, both Pauli Malignaggi and Kermit Cintron said it before the Hatton fight. Flloyd and his dad have now followed since he destroyed Hatton and Cotto. If I was Flloyd i'd want to know as well. Freddie Roach and his boxers have been linked with HGH in the past as well.

This is a guy who was getting knocked around at flyweight, is now laughing off big punches from Miguel Cotto, which bigger men that Pacquaio couldn't handle.

For the record, Pacquaio is(was) my second favourite boxer after Cotto, so i've no bias towards Mayweather.

What does he know, the fucking muppet

Very Good Satan.

Very Good Satan.

Seriously though, it's all very odd. After all, if that 10 day difference in what they agreed to (as reported in your linked video) is true, what fucking difference does that make? If Pac has built himself up on hormones et al, he's done it - job's a good 'un. He wont be taking stuff 2 weeks before the event - nothing, steroids or owt, works at that kind of timescale. Very odd - unless it's all a game to build up even more interest.

But if he agreed to the ramdom blood tests, he can best tested upto 5 times from the start of training camp.

Sorry, I see what you're saying.

He could take the HGH in the two weeks prior to the fight, which enables you to train longer and harder than your body would normally allow you, to build up his strengh and power.

No, that's precisely what I'm not saying - nothing works on that few weeks timescale. If he's built himself up then he's done it already.

I see what you're saying was in response to my first reply.

was me disagreeing

I know you know a billion times more than me on this subject, I'm just following what the 'supposed' boxing trainers/nutritionist are saying.

no I don't, believe me, but building strength and power is not a short term thing. Honing the fitness is, but that's nowt to do with drugs. If he's bulked himself up with all sorts, then that process is now finished (unless he wants to move further up the weight chain).

But it is all very odd, so much so that, as I say, I suspect its all a con to build up interest even further. Watch out for a "miraculous" resolution pretty soon. If not then frankly they're a pair of bell ends given the amount of money at stake.

there's a product called superdrol which is a pro hormone and you only take that for 3 weeks with the 3rd week being when you see the big gains in strength and power.
