It would be great if we had a sell on clause, similar to that that Villa have/had on Cahill. Not many expected Cahill to increase in value as much as he has done, same could happen to Basham.

500k down, rising upto 1 Mill, its usually incremental increases based on appearences, goals, staying in the prem etc, doubt they would have that and a sell on clause, could be wrong though
