Sweep Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 Geeky Types, Wehn I try to open any picture or image on mydesktop, it automatically opens them in "paint" which I don't want, I want them to automatically open in "windows picture viewer" - I know I can "open with" and select, but I would just like them to automatically open with the windows picture viewer. Moderators Carlos Posted February 11, 2011 Moderators Share Posted February 11, 2011 (edited) Open Windows Explorer Click Tools->Folder Options Click File TypesScroll down to JPG or whatever file type, you can't select all image file types at once Click Change and change the application that opens them by default.
