I suggest them what haven't already should get a wriggle on as it's definately a new one, but I've been told it's not in a case or with headphones, just the machine itself with a jiffy bag.

January 11, 201214 yr I have only just seen this and had not heard about it. Used mine alot for running and battery life went down to 15 minutes, had to use my mrs pink one until she got me a new one for Xmas. Thanks for the info.

I sent back a brokund 1st generation 2gb. Not really much to complain about there. It's new according to the serial number look up. Cheer up, Casino, i might never happen. January 13, 201214 yr Mine has just arrived ,small silver nano 8 gb like the others. It didnt come in the usual clear box ,but looks new enough.
