April 19, 201214 yr Starts training with the reserves tomorrow. Hopefully should see him on the pitch before the end of the season. He's gonna score a last minute winner at Stoke to keep us up I tell thee. Fairy tale stuff. (There you go Diddles, some good news for you that should at least raise a semi after what must surely have been a flaccid night last night ). Edited April 19, 201214 yr by DazBobParr
April 19, 201214 yr Will he be playing for the reserves next week? Will make a trip to Leyland if so!
April 19, 201214 yr Am I alone in hoping he doesn't play this season? I'd just prefer him to get fully fit & raring to go next season after a good pre-season. After Holden, Mears & Alonso getting crocked again on their returns, I'd hate to see Chungy doing likewise & not be available for the start of pre-season or missing the start of next season aswell.
April 19, 201214 yr I'd love to see him play as long as it's what is best for him. If it's best for him to start again next season, no point risking him if he isn't ready. But if he is fully fit and ready, I'd love to see him.
April 19, 201214 yr Author If he's fit then he should play this season. if he's not then he shouldn't. Simple. The problem with Holden was due to a surgical error, nowt to do with playing him 'too early'. We can only hope the surgeon who put Chungy's leg back together again did it properly.
April 19, 201214 yr Get him in shop window pronto then if we go down 4 million should secure his services Seriously though if he's fit for a cameo off the bench may help us
April 19, 201214 yr get him and Holden sat in the stands, I'd say put mears in there too but nobody will recognise him, They can sit next to Sordell and Wylde
