May 18, 201214 yr why? i would of thought the FA would of loved to use this as a chance to use wembley again
May 18, 201214 yr Think the Olympic final is played at Wembley around that date. Correct. It's the day before (11th) Edited May 18, 201214 yr by no balls
May 18, 201214 yr I don't see why they can;t have 2 games in 2 days - it'll be a lot of work granted, but they should be able to manage it the lazy bunch of fuck-monkeys

May 18, 201214 yr The Olympic men's final is at Wembley on the 11th. There are 10 separate sports on the 12th, plus the closing ceremony. There is gymnastics at Wembley Arena. My understanding is that there will be no other major football in London during the Olympics. Thus if Chelsea had lost the FA Cup Final, finished 6th in the league, and lost the CL final they would have been in Europa League qualifying round 3 on August 2nd and 9th but they would not have been able to play at Stamford Bridge! Would have been interesting to see where they did play!!
May 18, 201214 yr Chelsea ran City all round North London last time they met at Wembley and the Olympics organisers won't want a major off in London while all the tourists are there. I'm sure you'll correct me if im wrong Malcom but I think either/or Chelsea and City played league matches 24 hours before the Final.
