galpharm-hayfever-allergy-relief-non-drowsy-7.jpg

managed to find them for 79p for 14 one a day no messing.

Two years ago I had it so bad it brought on an asthma attack. Horrible ailment.

When I was in Germany for the world cup a few years ago, the chemist refused to sell me heyfever tablets because he said I was English and I'd drink alcohol while on them. He was, of course, correct.

Tried all of them

Fluxonase is the only one that works for me

Hay fever is a fucker!

Suffered since I was 16 but 2 years ago wasn't as bad, last year only had to take about 3 tablets, hoping this is the year I finally grow out of it! :yahoo:

famous last words!

famous last words!

It'll be about bloody time after all the years of suffering!

I'll raid the kids antihisatmines if required.

I only ever had it one year, and that was about 10 years ago. I've never had it since, I spoek to the doctor about it and he reckoned that people can grow into it and out of it and back into it from one year to another..........it all sounds very odd.

I reckon only serial masturbaters get it............I say that as I was single the year I got it

shredded wheat?

4 very lightly milked wheatabix packed tight in a beaker.....

I suffer with it very badly, Loratidine (generic Clarytin) are the only tabs that make any difference, 79p for 30 from chemist4u

Otrivin Eye drops work well to a certain point

I usually have to have a steriod injection around the middle of June as it gets that bad, at this point nothing works whatsoever

my only place of sanctuary is work as the air con filters it all out, i do find that drinking beer stops me from suffering, maybe i should get drunk until August

Chaps.

I've read that you can get rid of hay fever by stopping having sex with other men.

Just a thought

Queers.

My stepfather's given me some inhaler thing for mine. Not a clue what's in it, but it's doing the trick!

Can the "other men" still have sex with you though?

Try eating LOCAL honey. It's made from the same pollen that gives you the allergy.

This only works if you start eating the honey say 2 months before the symptoms start, if you were to do it now it would make you worse

If you buy Greek honey from Tesco horwich I take it this is local.

It's back.

Growing up as a kid, used to get it every year without fail. And very bad. Had to take tablets, eye drops, nasal sprays the works. It only stopped when I went to uni in '94 then never had it since. Given that it was the time i went to uni and drank so much my immune system was non existant, am surprised it went so quickly. They say it can be a localised pollen that causes it and whilst I don't live anywhere near where I grew up, it still doesn't trigger it when I'm back there.

So anyone who does suffer, I know how you feel

The local honey idea can be very much hit and miss. For ever person who tells you it works, there's another says it doesn't.

Got it on Sunday playing golf
