August 3, 201213 yr http://www.sbnation....gation-finances it seems the sheikh who bought into malaga has had enough. bought club, created massive debts, decided not to put anymore money in and told them to sell assets instead. ouch but how funny would it be if this happened to city... August 3, 201213 yr They were supposed to be the Man City of Spain this time last year. Unfortunately I can't see this happening at City. They've already won the league here. It was going to take a long, long time for Malaga to topeoplee Real Madrid and Barca. No doubt he'll plough his money into some other club elsewhere soon enough. August 3, 201213 yr I went for a look round their ground tother week. I actually thought I was at the wrong place. I huge stand with nothing else if any standard. So I went to the indoor opposite which was fairly decent
August 3, 201213 yr sounds more like a galzers than a city job the billionaire owner doesn't appear to have wiped out the debts or anything since he came in and is looking to gradually pay them off - bit like venky's at blackburn, whereas city's owners I think, like abramovich, just wiped out all the debts with their own cash
August 3, 201213 yr Would I have been at the right place? It wasnt much different to Plovdiv but blue
August 5, 201213 yr I`m quite dissapointed really, Malaga have been sold down the river on this one. Promises promises , he delivered and pulled out. Soloman Rondon was sold to Rubin Kazan, he would have been a good buy for a top prem side. Other good players could be on their way before the seaon starts. The guiri army have bought their season tickets on the hope of a Champions league run, seems like they will struggle instead. PS, I dont write poison poems about my club, only about the bloke that manages it. And they will continue,,,, ooops.
