August 27, 201213 yr Garstang is nice, though it's too close to Preston for my liking and the A6 of a weekend is fucking horrendous. when some guy was threateningn to jump off a bridge in the M6 one time (id have pushed the fucker off if it was up to me!) it took me three hours to travel the 12 miles from garstang to bamber bridge..............down the A6 it can be awful but even at its worst its streets ahead of ghastly bridge! The Lebanon is I was working in Fulwood at the time. If I'd have got hold of that bloke I'd have given him something to jump off for. Twat!

August 27, 201213 yr Praise the Lord for Walton Summit! I'll wager your the first (and probably last) person to utter that phrase. It may well be very convenient for folk to work there, if they live South of it, but it's still a horrible place.

August 27, 201213 yr Its lovely in Garstang... Some cracking pubs aswell...proper blokey pubs,real ale and farmers... You cant beat guys court on a summers day by the canal...superb. Punchbowl in nearby Churchtown is spot on aswell The traffics a piece of piss once you get used to the lanes....theres variety of ways to the M55/M6. Dont know any Whites though mate...sorry!
