Can I chip here, maybe not, but here it is anyway…. get yourself to Run northwest in Wilmslow. Get a proper fit done. There is such variation in trainers and it really can mess you up if you have the wrong size / fit. They also do good discounts etc. Mrs E has some insoles as she’s in between supporter and neutral.
